These Terms of Service govern your use of Pixel Craft and its services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

We provide custom icon design, vector illustration services, and visual language development for digital products. Our services are designed to create distinctive, cohesive design systems for web interfaces and digital applications. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of all conditions outlined in this agreement.

User Obligations

Users agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platforms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design assets, illustrations, icons, and visual elements created through our services are subject to intellectual property protections. We retain ownership of all original design work, vector graphics, and proprietary methodologies used in creating your custom icon sets and illustration styles. Upon completion and payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered designs as specified in the project agreement.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use any design assets without proper authorization. Our design system includes cohesive visual language elements that are proprietary and protected. Any unauthorized use, copying, or adaptation of our illustration styles or decorative elements constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our design services and website on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, business interruption, or other consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from or related to the termination of your access.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing access to our website and platforms. If you have ongoing projects or active service agreements, termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered. We will make reasonable efforts to return or delete your information upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.
